Fence and Composite Deck

We would highly recommend Richard. Our garden was needing a new fence and a brand new decking area, with a modern feature fence to wrap around it. He worked within our budget and came up with practical ideas to find the solutions to fit our budget and design hopes. He was very patient as we decided the best way forward, he was to his word to get the job finished working in 30 degree heat to finish the work before he went on holiday. He was also quick to resolve any issues once the job was underway. We discovered our garden was sloping significantly and redesigned the deck and steps to fit - excellent! We will not hesitate to ask Rich to help us with future work, in fact he is already helping us with phase 2 of our garden renovations!

Interior Decorating - Painting and Wallpapering

Richard has just completed the decorating of the hall, kitchen and dining room including laying wood flooring throughout and I am exceptionally pleased with the result. His workmanship is impressive and a high standard was maintained throughout from thorough prepping (including plastering), to clearing up at the end of each day, right through to the final finishing touches, with great attention to detail. He is obviously someone who loves what he does and takes great pride in a job well done. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt the price Richard quoted was more than fair. I felt quite happy to allow him access to the house when I wasn't there and he came across as a very trustworthy, conscientious, friendly but professional, and committed person. From what I have seen, he can turn his hand to pretty much most things. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard to friends and family and he will definitely be my first port of call next time I need any work done.

New Lawn

Rich laid a new lawn for us after having issues with our drainage and were unable to use the garden at all. He was able to offer knowledge and experience and talked us through the whole process. Rich gave us a fair and competitive price and completed both the drainage system and lawn in a matter of days. Deck, Pergola, and Horizontal Slatted Fence

We commissioned Richard to design and install a new decking with pergola and contemporary fence. He met with us to discuss our requirements and listened to what we were trying to achieve and then gave feedback to what was and wasn’t possible. His attention to detail and knowledge of different materials which could used was excellent. From the initial meeting he gave us a design and budget for the job. Once we agreed he sourced all the materials, kept us informed when they would be delivered and set out a detailed schedule. Once he started construction he kept us well informed with how he was progressing and kept to budget and schedule. We are delighted with the result, it has transformed our garden.

Rustic Log Store

We needed a basic log store to dry the logs for winter. Richard from Descotti Property Services came and discussed our requirements. He then provided a rough sketch and a very reasonable price.
Richard then came back and built the log store as requested. He tidied everything up before leaving. We couldn't be happier, it was a very easy process from start to finish.
